    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
    • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15  calendar days of delivery.
    • We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs or a video, to assess the damage or defect.
    • If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are non-returnable:
      • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or other products with a limited shelf life.
      • Intimate or sanitary items, such as underwear or swimwear, for hygienic reasons.
      • Gift cards, as they are non-refundable.
      • Downloadable software or digital products.
      • Personalized or customized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
